Their Challenge
While Mavrek has been an experienced Developer for a while, they had never built a high rise of this size. We were tasked with lending our substantial MDU experience on what products to consider and a program that met their vision based on their investment strategy. The development team was looking to differentiate themselves in a very competitive luxury apartment market in Chicago.
Our Solution
In coordination with ownership, Cullen Construction Management (owner’s rep), and NORR (architect) we held discovery sessions to understand the vision and end-user experience they were looking to deliver. We then presented a host of different options to meet their goals and vision. There are amenities planned that will be new to this part of the city, we look forward to sharing more details once the project completes.
