Golub/CIM are a joint-venture. Golub & Company had been one of the very first developers that engaged M&R Electronic Systems to provide design services for their projects nearly a decade ago. We are honored and humbled by the trust they have put into our team as we now serve their design needs under the M&R DSG umbrella. Their partner CIM owns and/or operates over $30 billion dollars in assets and is one of the largest developers in the world.

Their Challenge
This project presented a whole host of unique challenges due to the age and designated landmark status. Additionally, this project will be delivering units at a time of healthy competition in the market for high end luxury units downtown. Furthermore, this project sits in the heart of Michigan Ave. so it was important to ownership that we methodically plan how to best secure the property.
Our Solution
In coordination with Golub/CIM, SCB, Elara Engineering, and Walsh Construction we held discovery sessions to understand the challenges of this historic building. We then evaluated the right products for the challenges we identified.
The Results
We delivered a scope that met all the requirements of ownership to put them in the best position to sell condo units. We are excited for the construction build out to begin this summer (2019).
