After having engaged our services in early 2018 for our first project together (The Mason), their leadership engaged us for their next two new-construction Chicago projects, 1454 & 1400 W. Randolph. The development team was looking to differentiate themselves in a very competitive luxury apartment market in the booming Fulton Market/West Loop district of Chicago.
Our Solution
In coordination with ownership and Brininstool + Lynch (architect) we held discovery sessions to understand the vision and end-user experience they were looking to deliver. We then presented a host of different options to meet their goals and vision. There are amenities planned that will be new to this part of the city, we look forward to sharing more details once the project completes.
