Their Challenge
The Faywell Apartments bring 336 market-rate units and ground-floor retail to the heart of Wheaton. With a 7-story structure including a two-story podium, multiple landscaped courtyards, and mixed-use elements, the project required a seamless technology plan that would support both resident amenities and commercial tenants while maintaining a high level of safety and connectivity.
Our Solution
M&R DSG designed and coordinated all low-voltage and technology systems to ensure reliability, scalability, and resident-focused convenience. From secure access and robust Wi-Fi coverage to audiovisual systems in amenity spaces, our approach balanced the needs of multifamily living with the requirements of retail and restaurant tenants.
The Results
While the project began construction this summer (2025), The Faywell Apartments are set to redefine the Wheaton skyline. The integrated LV/technology infrastructure delivered by M&R DSG ensures the community is prepared for long-term operational success, resident satisfaction, and future technological advances.
