Their Challenge
Located in a 10-acre, transit-oriented neighborhood, The Reserve at Falls Church combines independent living, assisted living, and memory care with six in-house restaurants, wellness facilities, and cultural amenities. The challenge was to create a technology environment that matched the scale of the development while supporting resident safety, staff efficiency, and long-term flexibility.
Our Solution
M&R DSG designed a fully integrated LV/technology package, ensuring seamless connectivity across hospitality, healthcare, and multifamily functions. From resident medical alert systems to amenity AV and enterprise-grade networks, our solutions were tailored to ESL’s vision of redefining senior living.
The Results
Scheduled to open in early 2027, The Reserve at Falls Church will set a new standard for luxury senior living in Northern Virginia. With robust and scalable technology infrastructure, the community is prepared to deliver comfort, security, and enriched experiences for residents and staff alike.
