Their Challenge
This was the first enterprise scale new-build ZNA had undertaken in a long time. They did their due diligence in looking for a technology/ICT design firm. Our Netrix team was selected to help them envision what would be the appropriate level of technology and needs based on their governing principles.
Our Solution
In coordination with Zurich’s NA CIO, their sterring committee, the core and shell architect (Goettsch), Interiors architect (Cannon Design), and general contractors (Clayco/ECI) we coordinated a state-of-the-art unified technology design to meet the needs of this new headquarters. We were able to run a pilot program of our proposed strategy of the exact layout that would be built in the new location so that we could establish a proof of concept. We learned a lot during that program that helped us to make the proper alterations based on employee feedback.
The Results
We delivered a leading-edge experience for both employee and employer that met the needs of both groups. Zurich took the program we established here and made it their new standard for offices all over North America.
